Mark Miller
Founder & CEO

Mark Miller is founding principal of Goldbridge Properties and serves as President and CEO of the firm. Mr. Miller has engaged in all aspects of the New York real estate market including project acquisition, development, management and brokerage.  Mr. Miller represents seven generations of owners and managers of real property in Manhattan, New York tracing the "family business" back to the 1700’s. 

Mr. Miller is a board member and Vice Chairman of the Lower East Side Partnership and Founder of Miller Manhattan Foundation.  He received a B.S. in Finance from Bentley University and also serves on the Arts & Science advisory board of Bentley University.  Mr. Miller is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York, the Manhattan  Association of Realtors and the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors.  

Joshua Olshin
Managing Director

Joshua Olshin is also a partner at AuctionAdvisors and brings his extensive experience advising corporations, financial institutions, municipalities and individuals on the disposition of real estate and real estate related assets and businesses throughout the United States.

Immediately prior to joining AuctionAdvisors, Mr. Olshin was a Partner at Integrated Property Group, LLC d/b/a Tranzon for over four years. Prior to that, he served as Managing Director and General Counsel for Express Auction for nearly four years.

Before entering the auction business, Mr. Olshin worked as a corporate/transactional attorney in private practice for more than eight years, beginning his career at Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom and then at Friedman Kaplan Seiler & Adelman. During his time as an attorney, he advised top Fortune 500 companies on the acquisition and disposition of corporate assets, including real property and real estate related assets and businesses.

Mr Olshin received his B.A. from Johns Hopkins University, his J.D. from Northwestern University Law School and his M.B.A from INSEAD (Fontainebleau, France). Mr. Olshin is a member of various trade organizations and his affiliations have included: Turnaround Management Association (“TMA”), American Bankruptcy Institute (“ABI”), National Association of Home Builders (“NAHB”), Urban Land Institute (“ULI”), Mortgage Bankers Association(“MBA”), National Association of Auctioneers (“NAA”) and is admitted to the New York Bar Association.
